Inspired by Guillermo del Toro's Pacific Rim, ![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png){kind=small} jaegeracademy is a panfandom alternate universe game set in the fictitious second Jaeger Academy opened by the Valparaíso, Chile Shatterdome. Specializing in non-paired recruits, the Valparaíso Jaeger Academy offers excellent academic and professional career options to all Ranger Cadets and affiliated members of the Pan Pacific Defense Corps.
The game offers a split timeline from the movie universe, and will have goals and events for players to work toward and play with over the course of the game. There will be action, but also downtime and slice of life aspects. The priority of this game is to foster CR development, for the ultimate purpose of creating the next generation of Rangers. Rangers who may even be able to work with more than one partner. |
