Set up both an IC Contact post, Critique (HMD) post, and Permission post in your character journal. For more information on basics to include in your permission post, check out the rules. HMD posts are not required to allow anon.
A note on prior fights with Kaiju - he'd only have one on record, as there haven't been enough Kaiju coming through to merit any one individual having "a handful." I wanted to give you that head's up! It makes him no less capable, but it is a part of the world build that Rangers usually don't have high kill counts. (It's part of what makes the Beckett brothers stand out as they do in the film.)
