Making a brief note that with the variety and continuing nature of the psychological evaluations happening during his time with the Academy, it's unlikely that all professionals will believe he's an entirely well adjusted 20 year old, but given he'll be a stable personality and otherwise be watched for his aptitude in working with and cooperating with his peer group, it wouldn't be a deterrent for his viability in program!
