It's certainly fine to app a former test pilot way back when, though I want to ask if you'd be following through on the radiation poisoning damage that came with the earliest Jaeger systems? Considering it's a pretty big health hit, and has not so happy consequences down the line (or sooner).

Which I guess comes back around to asking: what sort of test pilot are you thinking about? One who was testing early pons systems, or in the first generation of Jaegers, etc? I want to be sure I'm properly understanding where you're coming from.
