So i understand that you can't app people who are currently pilots, but can you app former pilots? For example, they were an active ranger who lost their partner, which until the founding of this academy kind of meant they were retired by default, having lost their drift partner. But now they have an option to get back in the saddle if they can find someone new to drift with?
